Shipping and Handling
It takes 7 to 10 business days from the date you place your order.  Please note order processing takes place
Monday through Friday. Our standard shipping and handling charge is $3.95 via USPS First Class Mail. Priority shipping is $5.95 and takes 3 to 5 business days.


Price Changes/Product Availability/Out of Stocks
Prices and availability are subject to change.  Occasionally, certain products in our print and online catalogs may
be discontinued before our marketing materials are updated.  And, occasionally a product will be out of stock.  
We will notify you in these instances.

If an item is out of stock, we will immediately place your order on backorder.  When our warehouse receives the
out of stock product, it will be automatically shipped to you.

Return Policy on Cosmetics, Skin care and Fragrances
We have a satisfaction guarantee policy.  If you are not happy with anything you have ordered, return it to us
within 14 days with your original receipt.  We'll be happy to refund your purchase amount or send a replacement
product.  All refunds are credited to the original pay method.  No cash refunds.  Send the product back via an
insured and prepaid method mail.  Include your packing slip (or invoice number) and please let us know the
reason for the return.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.  Send all returns to:

Our return policy on merchandise is as follows:
  • 100% exchange or replacement on items in mint condition (less shipping and handling charges).
  • Customers must inform us by email: sales@sierrabeauty.com within 2 days of delivery if the product does
    not meet with the customer's expectations.
  • Merchandize must be shipped back to us, via a carrier that provides real-time tracking of shipments, and
    post-marked within 2 days of delivery.
  • In order to qualify for exchange, replacement or store-credit, merchandise must be received by us within
    28 days of purchase.
  • Customers must receive authorization from SierraBeauty BEFORE any materials are returned for
    replacement, exchange or credit.

Non-Returnable/Refundable:
  • Damaged, previously worn items are not returnable for exchange, replacement or store credit.
  • Items custom-made/adjusted to fit your body type.
  • Items with stains - lipstick, cosmetic, oil, perfume or make-up - are not returnable.
  • Items sold at special discounts are not returnable;
  • Shipping, bank/card transaction fee and insurance charges are not refundable.
  • In order to avoid stain damage, please remove all make-up before trying on the garment. If you use hair
    sprays, please cover the head (and face) with a scarf before trying on dresses and blouses.
